You can also use liquid sulfer, a natural spray which is sometimes difficult to find in garden centers, and is used to control brown rot, apple scab, rust and black spot.

These natural fungicides attack the spores of fungal disease so they never have a chance to grow and spread. In addition, biofungicides boost a plant's own defense system to help prevent diseases from occurring. Biofungicides can be used against powdery mildew, gray mold, early blight, bacterial leaf blight, botrytis neck rot, walnut blight, downy mildew, fire blight, scab, bacterial spot and pin rot.
